When looking at the stone facade of this building you are immediately made aware of its grandeur. This building had monumental status and then was turned into a high-end, spacious office residence for the company Scotch & Soda.

The renovation process was meticulous to the very last detail because we were working with delicate, exquisite materials. The prominent plate found inside was gilded by hand with gold leaf while the marble staircase was renovated with the utmost care to preserve its beautiful natural qualities.
