This has been one of the most all-around renovations we have done throughout our journey at KOR. To begin with, there were no consistent floorplans or construction left from the original building.
So, we had to work with the little that was left and reimagine a new structure while still respecting the history of the original.

By the time we were done with the renovation, the only vestiges that were preserved in their original form were the front and back facades of the building.
